PharmaJet® and Immuno Cure Sign Agreement for Clinical Development of a Needle-free HIV Therapeutic DNA Vaccine


GOLDEN, Colo. — June 19, 2025 — PharmaJet®, a company that strives to improve the performance and outcomes of injectables with its enabling needle-free injection technology, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Immuno Cure, a prominent developer of DNA vaccines. Under the terms of the agreement, Immuno Cure will use PharmaJet’s Tropis ID system in a human clinical trial to deliver their novel HIV-1 therapeutic DNA Vaccine (ICVAX). The agreement was executed on June 16, 2025, during a signing ceremony at the 2025 BIO International Convention in Boston, Massachusetts.

Publication in Vaccines Highlights Important Benefits of PharmaJet® Tropis® Intradermal Vaccination over Intramuscular Standard of Care


GOLDEN, Colo. — June 5, 2025 — PharmaJet®, a company that strives to improve the performance and outcomes of injectables with its enabling needle-free injection technology, today announced that Vaccines has published the results of an implementation research study entitled Evaluating the impact of needle-free delivery of inactivated polio vaccine on Nigeria’s routine immunization program: An implementation hybrid trial.1 The study, funded by a multi-year, US$1.5 million grant from the USAID Development Innovation Ventures Program, in collaboration with the Nigeria National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), Jhpiego, PATH, Sydani Group and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, aimed to comparatively evaluate the vaccine coverage, cost, feasibility and acceptability of using Tropis ID for fIPV delivery compared to the SoC in a routine immunization program. A household survey was completed in Kano and Oyo States following a six-month implementation with children aged 3 to 12 months.

WHO Deploys Tropis®, PharmaJet’s Needle-free Injection System in Latest Polio Eradication Campaign in Pakistan


GOLDEN, Colo. — March 13, 2025 — PharmaJet®, a company that strives to improve the performance and outcomes of injectables with its enabling needle-free injection technology, today announced that their Tropis intradermal (ID) delivery system was used in the latest World Health Organization’s (WHO) polio eradication campaign in Pakistan in February 2025. The supplemental immunization activity (SIA) campaign for children between 4 and 59 months of age was implemented in two regions in the Quetta block (Pishin, Quetta, Kila Abdullah, and Chaman) and Karachi (Central Karachi, East, East-Gujro, Keamari, Korangi, Malir, and West). Tropis was used to deliver fractional dose inactivated polio vaccine (fIPV) in parallel to oral polio vaccine (OPV) administration as part of a WHO recommended strategy to boost humoral immunity.

Publication in NPJ Vaccines Highlights Benefits of Stratis® Intramuscular Delivery of DNA Vaccine for Hantaviruses


GOLDEN, Colo. — December 10, 2024 — PharmaJet®, a company that strives to improve the performance and outcomes of injectables with its enabling needle-free technology, today announced the publication in NPJ Vaccines of the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) Phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of its plasmid DNA Hantavirus vaccines administered with the Stratis IM System. The study reported that two of the three plas-mid DNA vaccines tested are safe and immunogenic in human subjects. Given these positive Phase 1 results the Hantaan and Puumala vaccines delivered with Stratis IM are being included in an ongoing Phase 2a clinical trial.
